The story

Pinecrest Health operates a network of 14 outpatient clinics serving rural communities across three states. Their clinicians were spending an average of 2.1 hours per day on after-hours charting, documentation that followed every patient encounter. We built a HIPAA-compliant clinical scribe that integrates with the existing EMR through HL7 interfaces. The system listens to patient encounters in real time, extracts relevant clinical information, and generates structured chart notes that match the clinic templates clinicians already use.
