The story

Versa Capital had been operating with the same WordPress site for six years. The design looked dated, the brand no longer reflected the firm evolved positioning, and the investor portal was a shared Google Drive folder that limited partners accessed through a link in an email. The firm was preparing to raise a new fund and needed a digital presence that matched the sophistication of their portfolio. They also needed a secure, branded portal where limited partners could view fund documents, capital call notices, and quarterly reports without relying on email attachments.

We started with a full brand refresh: new typography, color system, and photography direction that conveyed institutional credibility without feeling cold. The marketing site was rebuilt on Astro with a focus on performance and SEO. Every page loads in under one second and scores 100 on Lighthouse.

The investor portal is a custom web application with role-based access, document versioning, and audit logging. Limited partners log in to a personalized dashboard that shows their commitment history, distribution schedule, and fund performance.

Time on page for the marketing site increased 54 percent after launch. Inbound qualified leads tripled, driven primarily by the updated case study pages and the fund performance section. The firm raised its new fund four months after launch and cited the improved digital presence as a factor in LP confidence.
